What city has the most bars per capita?

According to a 2013 USA Today study, Pittsburgh is the American city with the most bars per capita. It has 12 bars per every 10,000 residents.
It seems the Midwest has a thing for bars. Rounding out the top five, every one of which is nipping at Pittsburgh's hills by a fraction, are St. Louis, Cleveland, Cincinnati and Milwaukee. It's not surprising that all of these cities are also known for their brewing histories. Number of bars aside, the five cities with the most heavy drinkers are Reno, Melbourne (FL), Boulder, Austin and Charleston. Interestingly enough, New Orleans, doesn't crack the top five of either list.
