How do you clean a laptop screen?

Laptop screens are effectively cleaned using warm water and two soft cloths, one for washing and one for drying. Refrain from using solvents, aerosol sprays and abrasive products such as glass cleaner on the screen.

1. Dust the screen

   Remove excess dust from the screen with a dry cloth. The cloth should be soft and free of lint.

2. Dampen the cloth

   Spray water onto the cloth, or dip it into a bowl of warm water, and wring it out. Add a dot of mild dish soap if necessary.

3. Wipe the screen

   Clean the screen in a circular motion to prevent smudging. Use a separate cloth to dry the screen.
