How do you close all your open tabs when you are working with Firefox?

To simultaneously close all open tabs in Firefox, install the Close All Tabs Reloaded add-on and then use the Close All Tabs button that appears in the top right-hand corner of the Firefox window. The Close All Tabs Reloaded add-on is a free download from the Mozilla add-on library.
After installing the Close All Tabs Reloaded add-on, restart your browser, and then simultaneously press "Ctrl", "Shift", and "A" on your keyboard to bring up the extension options page. This page allows users to enable or disable the warning for closing multiple tabs, and also choose whether or not to have the browser automatically open a new tab with the user's home page loaded.
