Co-Dependents Anonymous (CoDA) meetings are usually held once a week. These meetings are about 1 hour long, but can be 2 hours or more depending on attendance and subject matter.
CoDA is an organization dedicated to supporting co-dependents and helping them create healthy relationships. There are regular meetings held for anyone who wishes to drop in to listen or tell their stories and get help.
Meetings are held by different chapters all across the United States. Those interested can usually find a meeting in a local or nearby town. CoDA also holds an annual retreat in August for people to attend. This is more like a 3-day get together, but may feature meals and helpful activities.
