Slow Internet speeds and customer service issues are some of the most common complaints against AT&T Wireless, according to ConsumerAffairs.com. Dropped calls, bad reception zones, high prices and bad rate plans are the most common complaints according to LifeHacker.com, which included AT&T as one of its five worst wireless carriers.

AT&T Wireless customer service and customer support is rated as disappointing, according to CustomerServicesScoreboard.com. AT&T is rated 1126 times and carries a 45.30 out of 200 overall rating, with 85.70 percent of comments being negative, as of 2015. AT&T rates under 4.5 out of 10 in all five attribute ratings, with service cancellation and issue resolution receiving the lowest scores of 2.1 and 2.5.
