What companies repair Samsonite luggage?

Samsonite offers a warranty program for some repairs, but it does not cover misuse, neglect, carrier damage or normal wear and tear as of 2015. It also does not cover any repairs beyond the typical warranty period. To use the warranty, fill out a Repair Request Form and take the luggage to a repair center. When sending luggage from a store to an authorized repair center, Samsonite charges a small fee of $10 to $15.
