To repair a lock on Samsonite luggage, take it to a Samsonite Authorized Repair Center. To find a listing of current Authorized Repair Centers, Samsonite customers can call (800) 262-8282. The Authorized Repair Center will also determine if the luggage is still under warranty.

If the Samsonite Authorized Repair Center determines that the broken lock is from a manufacturer defect and the luggage is still under warranty, the repair will be done at no cost to the customer. If it cannot be fixed, Samsonite will replace the luggage. Customers will receive a bill for repairs done on luggage not under warranty, or from reasons other than manufacturer defect.
