How do you connect an android phone to Wi-Fi?

To connect Wi-Fi on an android phone, go to the home screen and tap the Applications icon. Then, go to the Settings app, and open it.

If the master control icon is on, touch the Wi-Fi text on the left side of the Settings app screen. A list of Wi-Fi networks that are available then appears. Choose the wireless network from the list that you want to use.

If prompted, put in the password of the network. After doing so, touch the connection button. After completing this process, the device should connect to the wireless network automatically, and the Wi-Fi icon appears at the top of the phone's touchscreen.
