What are custom vinyl stickers?

Customized vinyl stickers are cut from sheets of vinyl with a logo, wording or specific design printed on them. The stickers have an adhesive backing that is sealed with a wax-treated paper. Once removed, the user can place the vinyl sticker on any smooth, non-porous surface.

To customize a sticker, the designer uploads the design details into a computer and transfers them to the printing apparatus. The sticker is printed, dried and then cut into the desired shape. In the printing industry, a peel-and-stick vinyl sticker is also known as a vinyl-cut decal. Vinyl is waterproof, and the use of UV-cured inks ensures that the sticker weathers well.
