All Day Energy Greens also claim to have no allergens, including alcohol, bee pollen, dairy, oil, MSG and wheat. According to Prevention Magazine, this product is not FDA approved.

One-third of powdered supplements marketed as “greens” are not as nutritionally beneficial as they claim, notes Prevention, citing a study completed by ConsumerLab.com.

However, according to dietspotlight, this supplement provides a high source of fruits and vegetables in every serving. It is made of herbal extract, grass juice and 38 additional herbs.
