To find dentists that accept Ameritas insurance, start at the Ameritas home page. Click on Find a Provider, then Dental, and then the Choose a Network Provider link.

In the dental search form, enter your ZIP Code, city and state, or county/parish and state. Then, choose the search radius and your network type. You may enter optional search criteria, such as the provider or practice name, one or more specialties, or the preferred language. Click on Search Now to receive a list of dentists who match the criteria. You may compare up to three dental providers, as stated on the Ameritas website.
