Where did the current vice president go to college?

Joe Biden, the current vice president in 2015, studied history and political science at the University of Delaware beginning in 1961 and graduated in 1965. He graduated from Syracuse University Law School in 1968.

Inspired in part by the 1961 inaugural speech of President John F. Kennedy, Biden developed an interest in politics during his time at the University of Delaware. He became an active member of the Democratic Party after his graduation from law school and was elected to the New Castle City Council in 1970. In 1972, he won an upset victory over the incumbent U.S. senator of Delaware. He served in the U.S. Senate from 1973 to 2009, when he took office as the vice president of the United States.
