Dr. Isadore Rosenfeld chose to leave Fox News Channel in 2011 to spend more time with his family and friends. Prior to retiring from TV, he left his medical practice.
Recognized as one of America's preeminent doctors, Dr. Rosenfeld was a professor of medicine at New York Hospital/Cornell Medical Center and maintained a private practice in Manhattan. As of 2015, he has written 14 best-selling books, including "Symptoms," "The Best Treatment," "Live Now, Age Later" and "Dr. Isadore Rosenfeld's 2005 Breakthrough Health: Up-to-the-Minute Medical News You Need to Know." Prior to his retirement, Dr. Rosenfeld worked as a consultant for Fox TV and appeared on the show, "Sunday House Calls."
