Did Malcolm X have any brothers or sisters?

Malcolm X had seven siblings: Wilfred, Hilda, Philbert, Reginald, Wesley, Yvonne and Robert. He also had three half-siblings through his father: Ella, Mary and Earl Jr.

Malcolm X was married to Betty Shabazz in 1958, with whom he had six daughters: Attallah, Qubilah, Ilyasah, Gamilah Lumumba, Malikah and Malaak. Malcolm X's full name at birth was Malcolm Little, and his father, Earl Little, was a Baptist preacher. His father died when Malcolm was 6 years old. Malcolm was convinced to convert to Islam by his younger brother, Reginald. Malcolm dropped his last name at the request of Muslim leaders, as it was considered a "slave name."
