Did Martin Luther King have any brothers or sisters?

Martin Luther King had two siblings: an older sister and a younger brother. His sister, Willie Christine, was born on September 11, 1927. His brother, Alfred Daniel Williams King, was born on July 30, 1930.

Born Michael Lewis King on January 15, 1929, Martin Luther King, Jr. was the middle child of Michael (later known as Martin Luther King, Sr.) and Alberta Christine Williams King. His sister Willie Christine married Isaac Farris, Sr. As of March 2014, she is the only of King's siblings still alive. His brother Reverend A. D. King died July 21, 1969. All three siblings worked for civil rights.
