When did the TV show "Sister Wives" start?

"Sister Wives" first aired on September 26, 2010 on TLC. It is an American reality TV show that follows the life of the polygamist Brown family.

"Sister Wives" stars Kody Brown; his four wives; Meri Barber, Janelle, Christine and Robyn Sullivan; and their collective 17 children. Each episode deals with everyday family issues and highlights the relationship between Kody and each of his wives. Kody Brown is only legally married to one of his wives, with the others being spiritual unions as to avoid criminal charges.

As of 2015, the show airs on TLC and is on its fifth season.
