What is Dreamfield's pasta?
By Forinfos - 30/06/2025 - 0 comments
Dreamfields pasta is a brand of pasta owned by Post Holdings and is made from durum wheat. It is advertised as a low-carb pasta that contains 5 grams of dietary fiber and 7 grams of animal protein per serving. Dreamfields pasta varieties include spaghetti, linguine, lasagna, elbows and rotini.
Dreamfields states that a natural plant fiber called inulin is included in the pasta to help improve digestion. However, tests conducted by Swedish physician Dr. Andreas Eenfeldt indicated a high blood sugar response after eating two servings of Dreamfields pasta. Eenfeldt also claims that the pasta is not low carb, as advertised.
