What are some duct tape crafts?

Duct tape can be the foundation for making such fun crafts as a cell phone or checkbook cover, an evening bag, a bracelet and a bouquet of artificial flowers. Duct tape is available in most any color and in a variety of patterns, so items are easy to personalize.

For the majority of crafts, all that is needed is the duct tape in the desired color or colors, along with paper, pencil, ruler and scissors. For the cell phone cover, add a carabiner to allow the user to clip the cell phone to his belt. Further customization of any of the articles can be achieved by adding jewels or ribbon. Typically, children 8 years old and older have the skills necessary to make these items.
