What education has Joy Reid received?

Joy Reid, also known as Joy-Ann Reid, graduated from Harvard University with a concentration in film and is a fellow of the Knight Center for Specialized Journalism. As of 2015, she is a national correspondent for MSNBC.

Reid was a political columnist for the Miami Herald from 2003 to 2015, and editor of The Reid Report, a political blog, from 2000 to 2014. In addition, she co-hosted a radio talk show, "Wake Up South Florida," from 2006 to 2007, and hosted "The Reid Report," an afternoon news show that aired on MSNBC. Reid's first book, "Fracture: Barack Obama, the Clintons and the Racial Divide," was published in September 2015.
