How do you write a no objection letter?

To write a no-objection letter, use a basic business letter format. Then write a simple statement that explains how your company or organization does not object to a specific action.
- Write the header
Create a header at the top of the page. Include the date and the name and address of the recipient. Then, insert a subject line that reads, "RE: No-objection letter for [person or situation]."
- State important information
Start with a basic, professional greeting. In the first sentence, state any crucial information that the recipient needs to confirm a visa status, or provide another governmental service. If you are writing on behalf of an employee, state the job title, company name and the dates of employment for the person in question.
- Write the no-objection statement
Write a simple no-objection statement that covers the requirements for the situation at hand. Use the following format as a starting point: "[Company name or individual name] has no objection to [Employee name] regarding [Employee name's] [Request under consideration]." Fill in additional details as required, including passport numbers, visa names and crucial dates and addresses, depending on the situation. Use clear and concise language to avoid misinterpretation.
- Write a closing
Write a sentence that invites the reader to contact you with questions. Close the letter with a simple greeting, and add your name at the bottom.
