What is the ESPN Tournament Challenge?

The ESPN Tournament Challenge is an annual contest where college basketball fans compete with each other in projecting NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament winners. Past prizes of the free contest have included a $20,000 Best Buy gift card and a trip to the Maui Invitational.

Fans must choose a winner of each of the 63 tournament games following the Play-In round and submit their brackets by Thursday's opening tip-off. Points are awarded for each game winner correctly picked; the point value of games increases with each round of the tournament. Entrants can track their progress throughout March Madness by logging into ESPN.com and viewing the Overall Leaderboard.
