The hottest average temperatures for Europe in April are tied between Nicosia, Cyprus, and Seville, Spain. These two cities have high temperatures of 25 degrees Celsius or 77 degrees Fahrenheit.
Other European locations with high temperatures in April include Las Palmas in Spain at 23 degrees Celsius, Athens in Greece at 21 degrees Celsius, and Lisbon in Portugal, also at 21 degrees Celsius. Unsurprisingly southern European countries like Spain, Cyprus, Portugal and Greece tend to have the warmest temperatures. Northern European countries have temperatures as low as 7 degrees Celsius in Reykjavik, Iceland or 9 degrees Celsius in Stockholm, Sweden.
