What is the evolution of the Pokemon Blitzle?

The Pokémon Blitzle evolves to Zebstrika at level 27. They are both electric-type Pokémon and have the innate ability "Lightningrod," which absorbs enemy electric attacks used against it and buffs the Pokémon's speed at the same time.

Blitzle and Zebstrika's hidden ability is "Sap Sipper." This ability allows it to ignore damage from grass-type attacks; whenever one of those moves hits, its attack level is raised. Their list of moves includes abilities typical of electric types, but they are also able to learn fire and psychic type moves. Blitzle was not available prior to Generation V games and can be caught only in "Pokémon White" along Route 3.
