What are some examples of team bonding activities?

Some team bonding or building activities are to play "Two Truths and a Lie" and to create a coin logo. These activities promote communication, ease nerves and help co-workers get to know one another personally.

To play "Two Truths and a Lie," have participants write two facts about themselves and one lie. The object is to determine which of the three items is the lie by asking each other astute questions. This game can be played with or without point values for guessing lies correctly and convincing others of lies.

Coin logos can be created individually or as a group. Have participants empty their pockets, purses or wallets of loose change and other small items. Use these items to create a logo, and discuss the importance or symbolism of each piece.
