What is a facial epilator?
By Forinfos - 21/08/2025 - 0 comments
A facial epilator is a device used for removing facial hairs by pulling them out from the roots. This is done by mechanically grasping multiple hairs concurrently and pulling them. Epilators work in a similar way as waxing, except that they don't remove cells from the epithelium of the skin.
Epilators are easy to use, and anyone can use them with minimal skills. They come in different designs including rechargeable, battery operated and corded. Proper maintenance of the facial epilator is important in order to get maximum benefits. Cleaning after every use helps keep off bacteria and prevents ingrown hairs.
