The headquarters for Fancy Feast is in St. Louis, Missouri but the company does not publicly state where the actual pet food producing factories are. Various food recalls suggest that the food is at least partially produced in factories located in China.

Fancy Feast is owned by Nestle and has operations all over the world. Nestle has come under fire on multiple occasions for selling products containing salmonella or antibiotics. The majority of these contaminated products are linked to factories in China.
