Saudi Arabia is the second-fattest nation, with 35 percent of the population being obese. Egypt, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates round out the top five. As of 2014, the United States is the eighth-fattest country in the world, with 31.8 percent of the population labeled as obese. However, with its high population, the United States has a higher amount of obese people than any other country.
