What are some features of "The MELT Method"?

The MELT Method, a full body self-treatment system designed to alleviate chronic pain, features instructions for treating hands and feet; in addition to tools and a soft body roller for limbs and back. The Melt Method Book and DVDs are educational and instructional aids to go with the self-treatment kits.

The MELT Method was created by Sue Hitzmann, a manual therapist and connective tissue specialist. She created it on the basis of research revealing two overlooked systems of the body that are not properly treated in individuals with chronic pain. These systems are the nervous system and the system of connective tissue that runs throughout the body.
