What was the first Wii game?

The first Wii game was "Wii Sports," which debuted at E3 in 2006, before the console went on sale. Though Wii Sports was the first game revealed by Nintendo, 20 titles were available for purchase when the Wii launched on Nov. 19, 2006.

"Wii Sports" was the first game developed and announced for the Wii console. It was available on launch day and was included with the purchase of a new system.

The other 20 launch-day games were not included in any console bundles and had to be purchased separately. Other launch-day games included Nintendo titles, such as "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess," and third-party titles, such as "Avatar: The Last Airbender" and "Madden NFL '07."
