What is Five Guys University?

Five Guys University is the online training portal for new employees at the Five Guys Burgers and Fries fast food restaurant chain. Employees access the online modules to learn all aspects of the job through videos and quizzes.

Five Guys University breaks down the information into 11 courses covering company philosophy, customer service, food preparation, safe food handling and cash register training. Managers add new employees to the system and monitor progress as the employees work trough the learning modules. In addition to the online work, part of the training includes real-world application of the tasks taught. The manager documents completion of those activities.
