Fudge stripe turkey cookies are a festive holiday treat made in the shape of a turkey using fudge stripe shortbread cookies, candy corn, melted chocolate and other ingredients. These cookies do not require baking and are typically made around Thanksgiving.

To make one fudge stripe turkey cookie, use one fudge stripe shortbread cookie for the base and one for the back. Mimicking the shape and appearance of a turkey, attach candy corns to the fudge stripe shortbread cookies to make feet and tail feathers. For the body of the turkey, use ingredients like Rice Krispies Treats, peanut butter cups or other cookies. For a face, attach one candy corn to the body, and make eyes with icing. Refrigerate to set melted chocolate.
