What are some fun games for children to play indoors?

One game that is particularly fun to play indoors is "Freeze!" This game requires the players to dance or move around until the music stops, then they must freeze in place.

Another game that is enjoyable for children to play inside is "Treasure Hunt." Hide some items around the home, and give the kids clues to find them. There can be a prize at the end as well.

The "Picnic Memory Game" is a good one to play if stuck indoors. Everyone sits in a circle and says "In my picnic basket, I would bring..." Each person has to repeat what the previous players said and then add in a new answer. Some other examples of fun indoor games include hot potato, hide-and-seek, bowling, hopscotch and Simon Says.
