What is the game "Mappy"?

"Mappy" is a video game released by Namco in 1983. It was originally released as an arcade game but was released for a wide variety of other platforms in later years.

The game stars a police officer who is a mouse, and the player must guide him through a house full of dangerous cats while collecting objects. In Japan, "Mappy" is available on the MSX computer system, the Family Computer, the PC-8801, the Super Cassette Vision, the Sega Game Gear, the Nintendo Game Boy Advance and the Wii Virtual Console. It was also released in Europe on the MSX and in North America on Windows Mobile and the Palm OS. "Mappy" was released worldwide for iOS in 2011.
