As of 2015, WorldVentures has a network of over 120,000 independent representatives located in over 24 countries around the world. WorldVentures was founded by Wayne Nugent who also serves as the company's Chief Visionary Officer. The company is based out of Plano, Texas, and is formally known as WorldVentures Holding LLC. In addition to the WorldVentures brand, the company also owns trademarks for Rovia and DreamTrips.
