As of 2015, One Hour Optical's glasses do not come with a warranty but are instead covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Customers who are not satisfied with their purchases during this period are eligible to receive additional help at a One Hour Optical location or a refund.
One Hour Optical offers a wide variety of glasses frames, including frames from Cole Haan, David Benjamin, Puma Eyewear, Esprit Eyewear and Zac Posen. Additionally, the company also offers comprehensive eye exams at its four locations, all of which are staffed by optometrists. One Hour Optical was established in 1968 and operates branches located in Denver, Aurora, Thornton and Greenwood Village, Colorado.
