What glue works well when gluing rubber to rubber?

3M Neoprene High Performance Rubber and Gasket Adhesive 1300 works well when gluing rubber to rubber, as do some Master Bond adhesives such as MB297 and X-5. Master Bond's rubber bonding adhesives are used in the electronic, aerospace, optical and electrical industries.

Master Bond MB297 sets up very quickly, so minimal surface preparation time is needed. Furthermore, not much physical force is required, and the glue needs no more than a minute to get completely set. Master Bond X-5 does require surface cleaning before application. Once the glue sets, it can be submerged in oil, water or other chemicals while still maintaining its bond.
