According to IGN, the PSP Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories cheat for infinite ammo is circle, square, L1, L1 and triangle, while the cheat for restoring health is L1, R1, X, L1, R1, square, L1 and R1. The game also has cheats for weapon sets, damage and wanted level.

The cheat to cause a pedestrian riot is L1, L1, R1, L1, L1, R1, left and square. The cheat to destroy all cars is L, L1, left, L1, L1, right, X and square. The cheat that allows cars to drive on water is circle, X, down arrow, circle, X, up arrow, L1 and L1.
