What are some cheats for "GTA: Vice City"?

There are many different cheats and hidden secrets in "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City." For example, cars can be given the ability to drive over water with the following code: Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Square, R1, R2.

The cheats listed here use the buttons for the original Playstation 2 release of the game, but they also work with the corresponding buttons in other versions of the game:

• To gain one weapon of every type, enter either of the following codes on the gamepad at any time during gameplay: R2, R2, R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up; or R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Down, Left. Each code grants a different set of weapons.
• To refill health instantly, enter this code: R1, R2, L1, Circle, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up.
• To gain or refill body armor, enter this code: R1, R2, L1, X, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up.
• To lower the current "wanted" level by two stars, enter this code: R1, R1, Circle, R2, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down.
• Pedestrians will go insane and attack the nearest character to them if this code is entered: Down, Left, Up, Left, X, R2, R1, L2, L1.
