What is halfway between two cities in Missouri?
By Forinfos - 04/04/2026 - 0 comments
Columbia sits at the halfway mark between the two biggest cities in Missouri: Kansas City and Saint Louis. The central Missouri town of roughly 115,000 is the seat of Boone County, and is home to the University of Missouri.
The largest city in the "Show Me State," Kansas City rests at the junction of the Missouri and Kansas Rivers at the west end of the state, while Saint Louis is situated along the Mississippi River at the east end. The two are connected entirely by Highway 70. The roughly 250-mile trip takes approximately four hours to complete, with Columbia directly in the middle.
