Who is Harold Reid?

Harold Reid is a musician who performed as part of The Statler Brothers, which was a country vocal group with several hit songs, such as "Bed of Rose's" and "Do You Know You Are My Sunshine." Harold Reid is credited with co-writing 17 songs for the group.

Harold Reid's role in The Statler Brothers was as the group's bass singer. Reid performed alongside his brother, Don Reid, who was the group's lead singer. Both Reid brothers performed as part of The Statler Brothers until the group disbanded in 2002. The Statler Brothers were inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2008.
