Where is Heineken beer made?

Heineken is a global company with breweries in over 70 countries. The company operates in nearly 30 breweries in the Americas, with 19 of them being mostly owned by Heineken.

Heineken also has a presence in the Middle East, Africa, East Europe, West Europe and Asia Pacific. The company started in Amsterdam in 1873 after its founder, Gerard Adriaan Heineken, bought out the Haystack Brewery nine years earlier, in 1864. It took until 1933 for Heineken to have a presence in America, and since then it has continually expanded into new countries, bought out companies and grown in popularity throughout the world.
