Where are Henckels knives that say "Germany" but not "Solingen" made?

Henckels knives that say "Germany" were manufactured in a Zwilling plant in Germany. Solingen, a town in Germany, is Zwilling J.A. Henckels' headquarter. J.A. Henckels International has offices around the world, including Hawthorne, N.Y., Canada, The Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Japan, Italy, France, Spain, China, Great Britain and Brazil.
In addition to the location the knife was manufactured, consumers can choose the type of manufacturing process that made the knife. There is general agreement that the preferred methodology is forging the knife out of one piece of steel, which Henckels do for their TWIN Select, Four Star, Four Star II, and Professional "S" lines.
