What is PokemonLake?

PokemonLake is an online version of Pokemon that is played from a web browser. The game includes live battles, trading, social features and an endless battle feature.

To play PokemonLake, players must either register on PokemonLake's website or log in with a Facebook account. Players have access to a chat room, the ability to find and capture Pokemon, and participate in real-time online battles.

PokemonLake is not associated with Nintendo or any of its affiliates. The game was created by a student in July 2008. The game claims it makes no profit and all revenue from advertisements only pays the games upkeep costs.
