The female-driven, one-hour talk show "The Real" is hosted by Tamar Braxton, Tamera Mowry-Housley, Loni Love, Jeannie Mai and Adrienne Bailon, as of 2015. Its hosts have backgrounds in fashion, song-writing, comedy and dance, and they hope to bring diverse viewpoints to a wealth of daily topics.

The program airs on FOX television stations, in national syndication, and is rebroadcast on cable network BET. It is executive produced by Rachel Miskowiec, known for her work on several talk shows, including "Good Morning America," "Katie" and "The Tyra Banks Show." "The Real" aired its 100th episode on February 24, 2015, and Warner Brothers, the show's distributor, has announced its renewal through 2018.
