Who is Howie Carr?

Howie Carr is the host of "The Howie Carr Show," a radio talk-show syndicated to more than 20 stations in the northern and central New England area. He is also a New York Times bestselling author and columnist for the Boston Herald.

Howie Carr was born in Portland, Maine, in January 1952 and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He began hosting "The Howie Carr Show" in 1994 on Boston's WKRO station. "The Howie Carr Show" airs weekdays, Monday through Friday. In addition, Howie Carr became a member of the National Radio Hall of Fame in Chicago, Illinois, in 2008.
