What are some humorous Irish toasts?

"Here's a toast to your enemies' enemies!" and "Here's to our wives and girlfriends: May they never meet" are some humorous Irish toasts. Drinking and toasts have a long tradition in Irish and Gaelic culture, they can be sad and poetic but are most often times funny.

Another well known Irish toast is: "May your glass be ever full. May the roof over your head be always strong. And may you be in heaven half an hour before the Devil knows your dead." Part of this toast was used in the Sidney Lumet movie "Before the Devil Knows Your Dead" that starred Phillip Seymour Hoffman and Ethan Hawke in 2007.
