What information is needed to renew a Russian passport?

Russian passport holders in the United States who wish to renew their passports must submit an application in person at a Russian Consulate office in New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Houston, TX, or at the Russian Embassy, in Washington, DC.

When submitting a request for a passport renewal, applicants need to bring with them a completed hard copy of their application form they previously submitted online, their original valid Russian passport and their original plus a copy of the U.S. green card, or other work authorization. They also need to bring five identical passport photos, a stamped, self-addressed return envelope and a $30 renewal fee, payable as a money order made out to the Russian consulate, as of 2015.
