Is Instagram available on a computer?

Media on Instagram are available for viewing from a desktop computer; however, uploads are only officially available from a mobile device. From a desktop computer, users can only browse through their Instagram feeds and leave comments.

Users cannot take or edit photos from desktop computers. There are ways to work around this for users wanting to upload pictures that are saved on their desktop computers. They usually involve using an app or service to send the pictures to a mobile device, such as via email or a file-sharing site. Instagram currently only supports uploads from iOS, Android and Windows Phone mobile devices.
