Who invented the electric razor?

Moving forward with the invention was delayed due to Schick reactivating his military status in World War I. The original electric razor had a shaving head that was controlled by a flexible cable. The shaving head received power from an external motor, the size of a grapefruit. This original plan was rejected due to its bulkiness.
