Iris Smart Home Management is the home automation system sold by home improvement store Lowe's. The Iris system is intended to be a low-cost, self-installed alternative to the home automation systems commonly offered by cable, phone and alarm companies.

The Iris home automation system has several advantages over traditional systems, according to Lowe's, including a low starting price, do-it-yourself installation, and free basic monitoring that includes video streaming to smartphones. Users can upgrade their services to premium monitoring for $9.99 per month with no contract. The Iris system is also suitable for use in apartments, and can be removed and reinstalled at a new location if the owner of the system moves.

The Iris system is available in three basic kits: the Safe and Secure kit, the Comfort Kit and the Smart Kit. The Safe and Secure kit is focused on home security and includes a set of contact sensors, a motion sensor, a keypad and window decals, while the Comfort Kit is intended for automating climate controls and includes a smart plug and smart thermostat. The Smart Kit includes the contents of both the Safe and Secure Kit and the Comfort Kit, along with a range extender. All three kits include the Iris Hub.
